Description
A nanotechnology-produced, water-based, acrylic-resin-based decorative exterior paint.
Properties
Through its photocatalytic property — its nano-particles and the resin's porous structure — organic pollutants carried onto the surface by rain and air are broken down by sunlight into harmless compounds (CO₂, water, nitrate and sulfate salts); the salts are then washed off by wind or rain. Highly resistant to sunlight and to the salty humidity of coastal areas. Its high water-vapour permeability lets moisture escape. High hiding power. Free of harmful VOCs, so health-safe, moisture- and water-resistant, with high alkali and chemical resistance.
Application area
Used on all concrete, aerated concrete, briquette, brick, plaster and similar mineral surfaces.
Application method
Standard exterior method (above); on raw, sound surfaces use one coat of Nanotex Filled Primer. Thin 10–15% with water; 2 coats; 6 h between coats.
