Description
An acrylic-emulsion-based, silicone ready-mixed render.
Properties
A decorative render for interior and exterior surfaces — water-repellent thanks to silicone, applied by trowel and patterned, available in fine and coarse textures. Unaffected by harsh weather; does not blister or crack.
Application area
Applied on exterior mineral surfaces such as cement render, concrete and cement board, and on old painted surfaces. Can also be applied indoors for decorative purposes.
Application method
New buildings — once the surface has fully set, dedust and prime with Dyobinder; wait 28 days for new mineral surfaces to cure before applying. Old buildings — fully remove blistered/peeled paint and render; repair cracks with Akrofiller. Ready to use; stir until homogeneous. Apply to primed surfaces with a metal trowel from bottom to top, spread evenly to the thickness of the pattern grain, and create the desired pattern with vertical, horizontal and circular movements of a plastic trowel. During application and for the following 24 h, ambient and surface temperature must be at least 5 °C and the surface must not be exposed to rain.
