Description
An alkyd-binder-based, high-performance anti-rust topcoat paint.
Properties
Can be applied without a primer to rusty surfaces whose loose rust has been sanded off; usable on all interior and exterior metal surfaces; excellent adhesion and fast drying. Applied as a primer-less topcoat; corrosion-resistant.
Application area
Resistant to outdoor conditions; can be applied directly to all metal surfaces such as balcony railings, garden furniture, wrought iron and iron bars.
Application method
New metal — clean of all rust, dirt and oil. Rusty metal — remove loose and blistered paint and rust, then wipe the surface with thinner. Apply 2 coats by brush, roller or spray gun. No thinning for brush/roller; if needed thin the first coat 5% with Dyo Synthetic Thinner. For spray, thin 15–20% with Dyo Synthetic Thinner. Apply the second coat after 24 h.
