Description
An acrylic-emulsion-based, silicone-added exterior texture coating that produces a pattern on the surface.
Properties
Moisture- and water-resistant; water-repellent thanks to silicone; high alkali and chemical resistance. Extremely resistant to sunlight and coastal salty humidity. Its breathability lets wall moisture escape.
Application area
Used on all mineral surfaces; must not be applied over elastic paint systems.
Application method
Standard prep; prime new raw plaster with Teknotex Pigmented Primer. Applied unthinned in one coat; for two coats thin the first 10–15% and apply the second unthinned. Laid on with a sheepskin roller or airless spray, then patterned with a textured (coral) roller. ≥12 h between coats. This yields a 1.0–1.5 mm thickness.
